The Physioter D70 is a part of the newest and modern system units for electrotherapy with diagnostic function D7 series. Its independent twin-channel design, the Physioter D70 permits performing simultaneous therapy on two patients.
Physioter D70 is a modern unit designed to perform electrotherapy with
all types of currents. In addition, it features automatic
electrodiagnostics, i.e. drawing of an I/t (Strength-Duration) curve.
The unit's functionality in enhanced with the capability of storing set
parameters for future reuse. Therapy of typical ailments can employ one
of the built-in therapy programs consisting of a number of successive
therapeutic procedures. Moreover, user's own therapy programs can be
created and stored in the unit's memory.
A excellent feature of the D7 series units is the electrode resistance
measurement. One wire is connected to an electrode, the other to a spot
electrode.
The measurement is done by applying and slightly pressing the spot
electrode to the surface of the silicon electrode. This feature was
created for patient safe sake – you can very fast and easy to prevent
burn patient.
The unit's memory contains a bank of ready therapy programs developed
for most frequent ailments and injuries. In performing
electrostimulation, users have at their disposal several therapy
programs for each of 77 ailments.
The unit is capable of storing user's own therapy programs and
waveforms in 40 cells of memory. A maximum of 8 such sets can be stored
. If a stored set is used, the unit will automatically switch currents
during therapy. You can include up to 5 currents in one set.
Physioter D70 has a large LCD display so its interface is very legible
and transparent. For your comfort and work pleasure we put central knob
(for setting parameters) and located patient cable nest in front of
unit. Thanks to new features and unit possibilities operating Physioter
D70 is intuitive.
The Physioter D70 can operate in two modes: constant current (CC) and
constant voltage (CV). The difference lies in the parameter that is
stabilized - for CC the current is maintained stable, for CV - it is
voltage. The CV mode is available only for currents generated in one
channel (and thus not for, e.g. interferential currents) and is used
for contact work (e.g. with simultaneous electrotherapy and ultrasound
therapy).
Types of currents generate by Physioter D70:
- galvanic currents:
- galvanic continuous and intermittent
- pulsed currents: triangular and rectangular,
- diadynamic currents:
- MF, DF, CP, CP ISO, LP, RS, MM,
- medium frequency pulsed currents:
- MF, DF, CP, CP-ISO, LP, RS, MM,
- medium frequency pulsed currents:
- with triangular, sinusoidal, rectangular envelopes (each envelope type available as unipolar or bipolar),
- tonolysis: triangular, sinusoidal, rectangular envelopes (each available as unipolar or bipolar),
- neofaradic current,
- Kotz' current (Russian stimulation),
- modulated current 4000 Hz,
- Trabert's current,
- interferential currents:Nemec's, isoplanar, dipole, bipolar,
- TENS currents:
- symmetrical, asymmetrical, symmetrical-interval, modulated, burst,
- microcurrents (unipolar and bipolar).
